Spencer Kilpatrick, LCSW

Spencer has worked as a psychotherapist since 2017 after graduating with an MSW from the University of Pittsburgh. He specializes in cognitive behavior therapy and has helped clients who struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma and/ or overwhelming stress to regain personal wellness. He considers himself a life-long learner, and he is constantly enriching his therapeutic approach with interventions based in theories of mindfulness, acceptance, and positive psychotherapy. Spencer is dedicated to creating environments of courage where his clients feel empowered to express themselves without judgment. He holds a personal philosophy that wellness can be regained with trust, peace, and acceptance.
Currently, Spencer is undergoing a credentialing program that will train him as a Sports Social Worker to work specifically with athletes to increase performance, well-being, and resilience.
