Britt Gowen is a counseling intern at Cognitive Behavior Institute, completing her masters in counseling psychology from the Seattle School of Theology & Psychology. She did her undergraduate work in English Literature at the University of Pittsburgh. Britt has many years of experience working with adolescents. When working with clients, she utilizes a person-centered, trauma-informed lens, engaging each person’s story with honor & curiosity. In her spare time, Britt enjoys reading, doing embroidery, and hanging with her two very fluffy Siberian cats.
