Megan Cahill, B.A. is a Master’s Level Trainee at Cognitive Behavioral Institute. Megan received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Megan is currently obtaining her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Phoenix. Megan specializes in working with adults through individual therapy using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more. Megan supports clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, adjustment disorders, stress, life changes, and more. Megan believes that clients are the experts on their own lives, and strives to help clients achieve their goals by using evidence-based practices. She uses a non judgemental approach to build a trusting relationship to help clients heal and cope with life’s challenges.
