I received both my Bachelors and Masters of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and have been working for over 10 years as a Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about supporting my clients through all of their challenges.

My approach to therapy is focused on providing the tools and coping skills needed to manage struggles independently while enhancing self-awareness and building insight into the root cause of your internal discomfort. My goal is to help clients build trust in themselves so that they can establish a greater sense of confidence in their decisions and their ability to navigate life's challenges.
