Erin Sibal, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor with more than 15 years of experience working with individuals to address a variety of behavioral and mental health needs. She earned her Master's degree in community counseling from Slippery Rock University. Erin has a strong background working with Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services, family treatment, parenting support, children and adolescents, and veterans. She currently works with adults 18 years and older providing virtual telehealth services. Erin embraces a collaborative approach with each person to address issues with anxiety, depression, OCD, adjustment and life transitions, and trauma. Her goal is to provide strength-based support, empowering individuals to be their own source of change and growth. Erin believes in utilizing evidence-based treatment and has specialized training in:
