In all aspects of her work, she makes every attempt to bridge clinical practice and empirical research, while also considering the client’s unique needs. Jessica utilizes evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), expressive therapies, as well as mindfulness-based approaches. Jessica strives to meet clients where they are and build a trusting and collaborative relationship that serves to align the client with their desired goals.
